an event devoted to the life of St Loukas the Physician. Present at this event, apart from the clergy and large numbers of the faithful, were the Ambassador of Ukraine to Greece, Mr Volodymir Skourof, and the Mayor of Glyfada, Mr Constantinos Kokkoris.

The ‘TROPOS’ Byzantine Choir rendered hymns from the service honouring St Loukas, in settings by older and more modern composers, thus demonstrating the continuity from the earlier to the more modern cantor’s art.
