East, the ‘TROPOS’ Byzantine Choir sang of the Theotokos, thus registering their testimony to the Orthodox Eastern musical tradition. The Al-Kindi music group and other musicians from the Eastern Mediterranean also took part in the concert.

The visit concluded on Sunday, 16 June, with Matins and the Divine Liturgy in the Church of the Annunciation of Our Lady, Lyons, with Archpriest Nikolaos Kakavelakis as celebrant.
